Beta LaserMike Acquires DCM Industries
Dayton, Ohio – February 21, 2012 – Beta LaserMike, a leading global provider of precision measurement and control solutions, announces that it has completed the acquisition of the trade and assets of DCM Industries Inc., a privately held US company located in Hayward, California, and a leading provider of test and measurement solutions for wire and cable applications. The acquisition will strengthen Beta LaserMike’s position in the wire and cable marketplace.
Since 1971, DCM Industries has been developing and producing high-quality test and measurement solutions such as highly sophisticated switching and automation systems for a broad range of wire and cable applications. The newly acquired DCM product line will enable Beta LaserMike to provide customers with best-in-class test automation solutions. Products include testing solutions for LAN cable, Coaxial and RF cable, Telecom cable, Marine cable, and Aerospace cable.
