Dayton, OH – September 14, 2017 – The Beta LaserMike products team from NDC Technologies will be presenting the latest solutions for in-process dimensional monitoring and automated quality cable testing at the upcoming Wire South America international fair in Sao Paulo, Brazil (October 3 - 5, 2017). The Beta LaserMike exhibition will demonstrate to cable makers how precision gauging and control can maximize product quality, production efficiencies and manufacturing savings.
Attendees will have the opportunity to see the new BenchMike Pro off-line diameter and ovality gauge. BenchMike Pro has improved connectivity that is consistent with Industry 4.0 and offers faster communications processing. BenchMike is the industry’s leading off-line sample inspection gauge with over 15,000 units installed worldwide. Also on display is the new LaserSpeed® Pro non-contact length and speed gauge with better than +/-0.03% accuracy (the highest in the industry) and expanded connectivity consistent with Industry 4.0. In addition, the Beta LaserMike products team will exhibit the latest AccuScan 6000 Series, the industry’s only four-axis scanning diameter and ovality gauge with the highest ovality and flaw detection accuracies. Other products of interest include the innovative LayScan gauging system for measuring the lay length of twisted pairs and DCM cable testing systems for the quality testing of LAN/Data, Coaxial, Telecom and Aerospace cables.
